Action starts Friday with Gamblers races for the Box and No Box classes. These are $1,200-to-win races with a $60 entry fee.
Saturday and Sunday races for Top ET (Box) are $5,000-to-win with a single-day entry of $125. The Mod (No Box) races feature a $2,000 winner’s purse with a $75 single-day entry. The Sportsman and Junior Dragster racers are also in action as big checks will awarded in all classes.
These also count as IHRA Summit SuperSeries points races. Weekend entry fees are $175 for Top ET and $275 for double entries. Mod fees are $115 and $200 for double entries. Single-day entries for Sportsman and Juniors are just $25.
In addition, Ohio Crankshaft is sponsoring a 64-Car Shootout on Saturday with $6,000 to the winner and $1,000 for the runner-up. Call 606-231-3446 to reserve your spot now as it’s a $140 entry.
The weekend schedule starts with gates opening Friday at 4 p.m. followed by timed runs at 6 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m. Gates open Saturday at 9 a.m. with timed runs at 11 a.m. and racing to follow. Gates open Sunday at 9 a.m. with new entry time runs at 10 a.m. followed by racing.
Spectator admission is $15 each day with kids 10-under admitted free.
