Bob Jones' hundreds of hours of R&D in his revolutionary pump cooling system will be utilized on the Summit Super Series dragster.
The Jones Trans Pump utilizes your current transmission pan and transmission cooler to provide the consistent transmission fluid temperature that gives you the winning edge. When the system is activated the fluid is pumped from the bottom of the pan through the cooler and back into the inlet on the transmission case. ATI Performance Products a key contributor to this year's SuperSeries championship dragster
The Summit Super Series Dragster 572 cubic inch engine will be using the ATI Super Damper and adjustable timing pointer. These standard harmonic balancers from ATI are specifically high-rpm engines. Their proven elastomer is designed and tuned to eliminate harmful crankshaft harmonics that cause parasitic horsepower loss. They are actually two dampers in one-a 4 in. Diameter inner damper and a 6 3/8 in., 7 in., or 8 in. Diameter outer damper in two shells that bolt to the crank hub.
These dampers are engineered to all but eliminate worn parts and timing problems. They're tunable in the field, rebuildable, and extremely efficient at all rpm. Matched to the balancer, the ATI adjustable timing pointer is machined from quality billet aluminum and provide up to four degrees of adjustment to help ensure accurate timing and optimum performance.
