IHRA Triple Crown Announces Dwight Yoakam with Special Guest Jake Owen for Memorial Day Weekend Concert
The International Hot Rod Association is bringing country music and nitro racing together in a massive way this Memorial Day Weekend at Maple Grove Raceway.
Country music legend Dwight Yoakam, joined by special guest Jake Owen, will headline the Sunday night concert during the inaugural IHRA Triple Crown, taking place May 21–24 in Mohnton, Pennsylvania.
After two days of championship nitro racing, fans will cap off the weekend with an unforgettable night of live music featuring two of country music’s biggest names.
From iconic hits like “Guitars, Cadillacs” and “Fast As You” to fan favorites like “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” and “Beachin’,” the Triple Crown concert brings together the energy of country music and horsepower for one of the biggest entertainment weekends of the summer.
The inaugural IHRA Triple Crown will feature:
Two days of Outlaw Nitro Series racing
Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Mod, Mountain Motor Pro Stock and more
A FREE Thursday Night Pit Party and Autograph Session
Driver meet-and-greets and fan interaction opportunities
Full pit access all weekend long

Sunday night concert featuring Dwight Yoakam with special guest Jake Owen
Thursday night’s FREE Pit Party will kick off the weekend with fans getting the opportunity to walk the pits, meet drivers and teams, collect autographs, take photos, and experience the atmosphere up close before engines fire for competition. The Pit Party is open to fans of all ages and serves as the official kickoff to Triple Crown weekend.
The IHRA Triple Crown is also the first stop in the new three-race Triple Crown format, where drivers in select professional classes will battle for a chance at a $1,000,000 bonus.
Concert tickets officially go on sale May 13th at 9AM EST with multiple ticket options available, including General Admission, Preferred, and Premium Seated sections.
Fans are encouraged to secure tickets early as demand is expected to be high.
