Sunoco Race Jugs Work for the IHRA Racer

Thursday, 10 May 2018
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Sunoco Race Fuels, the official fuel of the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA), understands how hard drag racers work and that your fuel utility jug should work just as hard for you.
The grassroots, sportsman racers who compete in the IHRA Summit SuperSeries and race in the new IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular want both quality and value in the products they use. The Sunoco Race Jugs offer both as each jug carries a three-year limited warranty.
Racing fuel is one of the absolute necessities one must have to compete in any form of racing, so every drop is a precious commodity. As the largest manufacturer of racing gasolines in the world, Sunoco has a 40-year track record of winning performances. With an expanded product line, Sunoco offers racers more choices than ever before.
Racers should not have to put up with leaking jugs due to poor design or improper manufacturing. That’s where Sunoco strives to be different than their competitors.
Sunoco Race Jugs feature an industrial strength design with superior quality control and they’re proudly made in the USA.
Every jug is 100 percent pressure tested for leaks as well as going through a multi-point quality inspection. The jugs are built to withstand a beating without the excess weight, while keeping a tough industrial look and feel.
The five-gallon utility jug is made from chemical resistant high-density polyethylene. Its high-strength industrial design can withstand the roughest treatment whether you’re towing to the race track or getting ready to compete.

It features an unbreakable multi-purpose cap with an integrated rubber O-ring seal.
It’s easier to pour without spilling than traditional fuel cans with a Tri-Ribbed bottom for strength which also doubles as a multi-grip pouring handle.
The Sunoco Race Jugs also save you money as the Dual Body bands prevent the body from swelling, thus keeping fluid level markings more accurate than with other cans. It’s great for use both for IHRA racers throughout North America and internationally with fluid level markings for both U.S. gallons and liters.
The jugs are available in 11 colors which you can use to match your team’s and car’s colors for dragsters, door cars or junior dragsters. They’re available in clear, red, white (non-transparent), blue, black, yellow, orange, pink, purple, green and camouflage.
