Five racers — Robert Hindman, Phil Combs, Ryan Coppock, Shane Collins and Aubrey Loy — were the Ironman winners.
Hindman won the prestigious Ironman trophy and the $7,500 big check. He drove his orange Ford Mustang to his win in the Pro (Box) final over Josh McDaniel.
Combs parked his green Chevrolet Nova in the winner’s circle. He took the $1,550 No Box check and the Ironman home by dispatching Jake Ball in the final round.
A second Ford Mustang was in the winner’s circle as Ryan Coppock drove his car to the win over Tim Smith in the Sportsman final.
Moving to two wheels, Collins emerged victorious in the Motorcycle class with Cherokee Muncy taking runner-up honors.
Loy, the 2022 IHRA Summit SuperSeries Junior Dragster World Champion, took home another big check and Ironman trophy. She bested Braylon Perry in the final-round for the win.
