Drivers Leave Keystone IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular as Round Prize Winners

NEW ALEXANDRIA, Pa. — Race winners weren’t the only ones to leave Keystone Raceway Park happy after the latest International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit Sportsman Spectacular event.

Drivers with the best losing packages of the first three rounds took home round prizes thanks to the support of the IHRA’s great partners.

 

Boyd Denton led off the round prize winners with a Summit Racing Equipment 10x20 tent after the Top division round 1 on Saturday. Mod racer Barry Barnett received a $100 Sunoco fuel certificate and Junior Dragster racer Maicy Stewart got a Summit 10x10 tent.55566

John Varner picked up a $250 American Race Cars gift certificate after the completion of round 2. Cody Winkowski was rewarded with an Abruzzi Transmissions $400 certificate towards the purchase of an 8 or 9-inch converter. Nathan Grill got a new Summit car cover for his Junior Dragster.55562

During the “Moser Money Round” of Round 3, Dwayne Ressler in Top received a $500 certificate from Moser Engineering and another $200 certificate from Jones Transmission Cooling Systems. Mod racer Nick Bowman also picked up a $500 Moser Engineering certificate, while Jaden Robshaw was the Junior Dragster recipient of a $250 Moser certificate.55564

Veteran racer Rob Berschneider received a new Summit Racing Equipment 5-layer jacket after Sunday’s first round of Top eliminations. AJ Casper was a round prize winner for a second straight year. The Mod driver picked up a Summit single-layer jacket. Laken Robshaw got the Summit re-entry into the Junior Dragster eliminations.

 

Matt Obertanec received the American Race Cars $250 gift certificate for the Top division in round 2. Nick Bowman in the Mod division picked up a Sunoco $100 fuel certificate. Ashley Deniker was the Junior winner of a Summit single-layer jacket.

 

Round 3 winners were led by Andrew Conreith in Top who got 10 percent off the purchase of a new Abruzzi Transmission and a $200 certificate from Jones Transmission Cooling Systems. Mod driver Cody Winkowski is the owner of a new Summit 10x20 tent, while Tyler Pennington has a new Summit cockpit cover for his Junior Dragster.

 

The next opportunity for drivers to win round prizes will be the IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular weekend July 12-14 at US 131 Motorsports Park, Martin, Michigan.
