Tom Gall representing Thunder Valley Dragway won the 2017 IHRA Summit SuperSeries Top (Box) World Championship. Cory Heckenlible representing Thunder Valley Dragway won the 2015 IHRA Summit SuperSeries Mod (No Box) World Championship.

“You'd be hard pressed to know that Rapp Motors was a car dealership owned by Thunder Valley owner operator Glenn Rapp,” said IHRA Division 1,3 and 5 Director Jon O'Neal.  “It looks more like a shrine dedicated to the history of the IHRA with a few cars parked in it.  It makes us proud to have facilities so dedicated to what we do and it's no wonder Thunder Valley recently was awarded as the IHRA Midwest Track of the year.”

Thunder Valley Dragways IHRA Summit SuperSeries champions in 2020 were Colton Bierle (Top), Brenden Blakney (Mod), Jakob Flier (Junior Dragster) and Dan Ide (Sportsman).
