IHRA Contingency Program Partners Onboard for 2018

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) is proud to announce agreements with the contingency sponsors below for the 2018 season. Additional partnerships will be announced over the coming weeks.

  • Summit Racing Equipment remains the title sponsor for two Sportsman programs in 2018, the IHRA Summit SuperSeries and the IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular. Summit Racing Equipment is the world’s largest mail-order, automotive equipment company with thousands of performance parts, aftermarket accessories, tools, garage equipment and stock replacement parts.

  • Sunoco Race Fuels, the official race fuel company of the IHRA, is another longstanding partner. Sunoco sells its award-winning race fuels at hundreds of IHRA racing events throughout the year. Sunoco is the largest manufacturer of racing gasoline in the world, providing products to a wide range of racing series covering virtually every category of race car as well as motorcycles and powerboats.

  • ATI Performance Products, an award-winning company that manufacturers a multitude of high-performance parts as well as a wide variety of performance enhancing internal components continues to be a valued IHRA contingency partner. The partnership includes transmissions and torque converters.

Manley

  • Manley Performance, has been a proud IHRA contingency sponsor for more than 25 years, exemplifying a commitment and support of Sportsman racers. The company specializes in connecting rods and valve springs, but offers countless other engine components.

  • QA1, another longtime IHRA contingency sponsor, offers an extensive line of American-made shock absorbers, suspension components, carbon fiber driveshafts, rod ends, spherical bearings, ball joints and other related items to a variety of motorsports markets including: drag racing, circle track, street performance and street rodding.
