IHRA Hall of Fame Induction Process
Every year both Pro and Sportsman drivers along with legendary figures and facilities that have had a significant impact on the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) history will be considered for induction to the IHRA Hall Of Fame. A Blue-Ribbon panel that includes IHRA officials both past and present as well as selected industry insiders that have been a part of IHRA's 50-year history will ultimately determine each year's honorees.
The main criteria for nomination and induction into the IHRA Hall of Fame include IHRA accomplishments and contributions to the sport.
While the Hall of Fame class is small, they are mighty! The inductees include the family guy, Steve Furr, the impeccable decorated, Ted Jones and the always impressive facility, Darlington Dragway....
