Will Willard from Elk Creek Dragway was the runner-up. He qualified by winning the IHRA Division 1 (Patriots) Summit Team Finals at Roxboro Motorsports Park.
Two drivers from Indiana tracks — Lane VanNote, the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular winner presented by Moser winner at Muncie Dragway, and Treson Ambrose, the Sportsman Spectacular winner at Bunker Hill – are third and fifth. A second Texas racer, Amarillo Dragway track champion Tristen Glenn, rounds out the top five.
The next two drivers on the list come from Quaker City Motorsports Park. Track champion Brianna Thornton ranked No. 6 ahead of Ryan Roberts, who qualified by winning the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular at Quaker City.
Roberts and No. 8 Ryan Bell were finalists at the IHRA Race of Champions the night before the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals. Bell is the second driver from Elk Creek Raceway, the Southwest Virginia track's points champion.
Mason Acosta, the IHRA Summit SuperSeries points champion at Ozark Raceway Park was ninth. Stanton McCallister, who represented the group of racers from South Carolina Motorplex, was the final driver.
