International Hot Rod Association Announce Disciplinary Action

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) announce disciplinary action against four members for violating rules that occurred at IHRA member tracks.
 
The following participants have received disciplinary action per guideline in the 2019 IHRA Rulebook:
 
•Leslie Westmoreland - Violation of the participant conduct section, page 56 of the 2019 IHRA rulebook.  Inappropriate conduct during the 2019 Division 9 Summit Team Finals at Darlington Dragway.
 
•Marcus Cox - Violation of the participant conduct section, page 56 of the 2019 IHRA rulebook.  Inappropriate conduct during the 2019 Division 9 Summit Team Finals at Darlington Dragway.
 
•Logan Westmoreland - Violation of the Advanced ET license restriction for dialing quicker than 8.90 during an event at South Carolina Motorplex.  
 
•Jacob Biegun - Violation of the Beginner ET license restriction for dialing quicker than 11.90 and a violation for dialing quicker than the overall Junior Dragster category ET restriction of 7.90 during an event at South Carolina Motorplex.
