They can gain entry to the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals presented by Strange Engineering by winning Saturday’s main event in conjunction with entering at least two other IHRA races (an IHRA-member track Summit SuperSeries team race or Sportsman Spectacular) before the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals.
Current IHRA membership is required so get your membership up to date before the July 1 deadline.
Drivers in the Top E.T. class sponsored by Bellman Oil and the Mod E.T. class sponsored by Johnson Performance will each race for a $1,000 winner’s purse. There is a $55 entry fee and double entry is permitted.
All Seasons General Contracting is sponsoring the Sportsman class which features $500 to the winner with a $35 entry fee. Fisher Auto Body is presenting the Motorcycle class. The winner will receive $500 plus 80 percent of the entry’s split between the winner (70 percent) and runner-up (30 percent). Double entry is permitted in both classes.
The Junior Dragster class sponsored by Brandts Heating, Cooling and Electrical features a $250 winner’s purse and just a $25 entry. No double entries are allowed for the Juniors.
Gates open at 11 a.m. with time trials to start at 1 p.m. There’s a $10 cost for spectators with kids 12-under admitted free.
