Right Lane: Joe Scatella Runs 7.953/188.31, Now #1
One of Stordeur's crew stepped into the staging lights and that messed up
Stordeur's concentration and did not even leave the starting line. Scatella had
problems by 200 feet.
Left Lane: Mark Conner Runs 6.787/205.22, Now #1
Right Lane: Jack Romine Runs 6.800/194.49, Now #2
This was a good looking side by side drag race here.
Left Lane: Doug Vancil Runs 6.677/197.19, Now #1
Right Lane: Mike Romine Runs 7.350/158.84, Now #4
Romine with problems right from the start and Vancil with a nice pass here for
the number one spot.
Left Lane: Johnny Mancuso Runs 6.699/207.15, Now #2
Right Lane: Ray Price Runs 8.592/109.56, Now #7
Mancuso with a 1.097 second 60-foot time the quickest of the session. Price
with problems right of the starting line.

Romine launched hard and then had problems by the 330-foot mark. Conner got
close to the center line, but stayed with it to move into the number one spot for
now.

Price had problems around half track as he was out ahead of Stordeur until
about 400 feet. Stordeur manhandled his bike to the number one spot with a great
looking pass.

half track and blasted on through for the win.

Romine was out of the gate first, but Conner caught him by 330 feet and then
just drove away as Romine had problems.

Vancil with a big starting line advantage and then blasted on through the 1320
