Left Lane: Chuck DeMory Runs 7.097/175.48, Now #1
Right Lane: Jason Collins Runs 9.260/91.51, Now #2
12:24 PM Don't have a weather update yet, but it's pleasantly in the seventies
under sunny skies. Demory shook and Collins was well ahead, then slowed, the
problem not obvious.
Left Lane: John Konigshofer Runs 8.640/122.67, Now #3
Right Lane: John Bartunek Runs 6.644/209.43, Now #1
More tire shake in both lanes, Konigshofer pulling the plug. Bartunek was
all over the lane to 330 feet, just missed resetting the track speed record.
Left Lane: Rick Jones Runs 6.626/211.26, Now #1
Right Lane: Gary Henry Runs 10.036/87.57, Now #6
Henry's car hit the rev limiter hard and he shut it down after a hard launch.
Nice pass for Jones.
Left Lane: Carl Baker Runs 9.389/96.57, Now #7
Right Lane: Brian Gahm Runs 6.601/209.49, Now #1
Baker sook and shut it off around 330 feet out. Nice run by points-leader
Gahm.
Left Lane: Chris Holbrook Runs 6.595/211.69, Now #1
Right Lane: John Montecalvo Runs 6.612/209.72, Now #3
Holbrook broke into the fifties for the first time this weekend and
Montecalvo wasn't too far behind at the line.
Left Lane: Jeff Dobbins Runs 8.063/120.10, Now #8
Right Lane: Pete Berner Runs 6.593/211.39, Now #1
Dobbins slowed before half track, probably shake. Nice run by Berner to take
over the top spot with our second fifty of the weekend.
Left Lane: Steve Spiess Runs 6.645/209.52, Now #8
Right Lane: Doug Kirk Runs 6.612/211.03, Now #4

Left Lane: Kenny Benso No Time, Now #18
Right Lane: Dwayne Rice Runs 6.620/210.77, Now #8
Benso's car shook and got up on the left rear tire, making a hard right turn,
crossing the centerline about 100 feet out. Fortunately Rice left hard and was not
in the area by the time Benso arrived. Benso got it tamed down and missed
everything, but it was a wild ride.
