6:59 PM "The Night of Fire" opens with the Top Sportsman "bad boys." Hall leaves first and runs quicker than he has all weekend for the win.

Good race to half track, then Belloma had problems.

Cagle left first, but broke immediately and coasted through very slowly. Savell loses lane choice to Hall.

Hinshaw had Davis covered on the tree, but his car faltered and Davis opened a big lead in the middle of the run. But he loses lane choice to Matarazzo in the semifinals.

7:56 PM Davis had a huge holeshot, but Matarazzo got by in the lights to win by a margin of victory = 0.010 seconds (approximately 3 feet).

Hall was unable to return and Savell took it easy on the parts, giving up lane choice in the finals to Matarazzo.
