in Top Sportsman, so don't ask me how he gets into the "Quick 8."

Foltz couldn't find reverse after the burnout, so Lockwood got a single.
Foltz coasted to a stop on the top end, so Lockwood had to shut it off and wait
for the top end crew to clear the track.

(L) Clarence Marsh Jr ('96 Corvette) 0.000(R) (Broke)
Marsh was a no-show, so Detrick also got a first-round single. I'm not sure
if this is high comedy or high tragedy. Detrick's car turned sideways. And that's
it for the first round.
