QUARTER-MAX® SPONSORS “PRO STOCK CHALLENGE” PROGRAM

NORWALK, Ohio (January 29, 2007) – Quarter-Max® and RJ Race Cars, Inc.owner Rick Jones will sponsor the Pro Stock portion of the IHRA Last Man Standing program at all Nitro Jam™ Drag Racing Series events.

“I am very excited about working with IHRA on this program,” said Jones, owner of Quarter-Max® and RJ Race Cars, Inc. “IHRA Pro Stock is an awesome class and Quarter-Max® and RJ Race Cars, Inc. have a lot of good customers in IHRA and we support it 100 percent.

“I feel this will bring a new level of excitement for both fans and racers on the Friday and Saturday night qualifying sessions. It will also put more pressure on the teams. Not only are they trying to qualify but also want to win their race at the same time and earn extra money. I can’t wait for San Antonio to come. It’s going to be awesome,” Jones added.

In addition to the five bonus points available to the winner both Friday and Saturday night, those competing in the Quarter-Max® “Pro Stock Challenge” program have a chance to win $500 and a commemorative plaque. The money and plaque will be for each winner per night. A driver winning both nights’ programs will receive $1,000. To be eligible, each driver must register with Quarter-Max® and run the appropriate decal.
