US41 Dragstrip racers faced off in the Top (Box) final with TJ Trench the winner with a 4.481-second run at 154.32 mph on a 4.47 dial-in. Tom Gibson was the runner-up, barely breaking out on a 4.67 dial-in with a 4.669-second pass at 146.59 mph. Trench got the advantage at the tree, .011 to .031, over Gibson.

It was a double breakout in the Mod (No Box) final, but Muncie’s Greg Dillman went down the 1/8-mile in 6.368 seconds at 104.36 mph on a 6.38 dial-in. Midstate’s Christi Fisher finished in 6.883 seconds at 97.28 mph on a 6.92 dial. Christi’s husband, Rob, reached the semifinal round.

Jimmie Barrett, who reached the championship round at the 2021 IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals, won the Sportsman title when Duffy Baldauf from Muncie fouled by just -.004 at the start. Barrett, a Midstate racer, cruised to the win at 8.910 seconds at 56.07 mph.

The Motorcycle class featured a Bixler family final with both representing Great Lakes. Thomas Bixler defeated brother Joshua in the final with a 6.104-second pass at 115.12 mph and a .063 reaction time. Joshua Bixler triggered the red light by the slightest of margins -.0009 to negate his run.

Wisconsin International Raceway was the home track for both Junior Dragster finalists. Owen Zwetow was right on his 8.96 dial-in with an 8.967-second run at 68.71 with a .143 reaction time. Delaney Rinehart was close behind with a 7.915-second pass at 82.57 mph on a 7.90 dial-in with a .174 reaction time.
