Newcomer Memphis International Raceway takes Heat Wave Summit Team Finals crown

Memphis International Raceway hosted the Division 2 West Heat Wave Summit Team Finals presented by AMSOIL and Moser Engineering over the weekend, welcoming a dozen teams to the Tennessee facility. Host track Memphis International Raceway took the win in a tie-breaker over Jackson Dragway as both teams finished the weekend with 44 points. Alabama International, London Dragway and Knoxville Dragway rounded out the top five. In the Summit SuperSeries presented by AMSOIL and Moser Engineering runoff Jonathan Robin of State Capitol Raceway and Ken LaBoe of Middle Tennessee Dragway advanced in Top ET, Shane Kay of Alabama International and Jay Landry of State Capitol Raceway moved on from the Mod ET class and Wesley Mayfield of Montgomery Motorsports Park and Dylan Kiser of London Dragway advanced in Junior Dragster.
