Carolina Pro-Am to conclude at Darlington Dragway September 3

After heavy rains forced the postponement of the Carolina Pro-Am earlier this year, the IHRA has announced that the rained out second day will now take place on Monday, September 3 during the Summit Pro-Am presented by AMSOIL race at Darlington Dragway giving races a rare opportunity to compete in three big races all in one weekend.
The rescheduled Carolina Pro-Am will be run on Monday, September 3 at Darlington Dragway as a standalone event. Gates will open at 8 a.m. with time trials (1 round) set to begin at 10 a.m. Pro-Am eliminations will take place immediately following.
The remainder of the Darlington Pro-Am will be run as originally scheduled with a test and tune on Friday, August 31 and two Pro-Am races on Saturday and Sunday.
