He posted a winning run of 6.415 seconds at 107.14 mph with a .067 reaction time. Runner-up Justin Rose from Taylor, Mich., red-lighted before going down the track in 6.210 seconds at 111.19 mph. US 131 MOTORSPORTS PARK RECAP In the Street class, Ron Hagar of Clark Lake, Mich., had an 8.691-second pass at 78.95 mph and a .018 reaction time to get the best of his son, Donnie, in the final. Alex Kish from Kalamazoo, Mich., was closer to his dial-in than runner-up Samuel Peterson from Richland, Mich., in the Masters 12- 17 final. Kish went 8.104 at 77.60 mph with a .042 reaction time. Evan Muchler from Grass Lake, Mich., was the Advanced 9-12 winner with a .018 reaction time. He matched that with a 9.115 elapsed time at 67.47 mph to defeat Kassie Wanamaker from Martin, Mich. Jordin Heiman from Niles, Mich., won the Beginner 7-9 race when final-round opponent Aliyah Pitsch from Dorr, Mich., fouled. Heiman’s final numbers were 11.978 seconds at 53.44 mph and a .038 reaction time. Jason Hemerline from Unionville, Mich., was quicker on the tree to win the $5,000 Top Final over Rick Schneider from Westland, Mich. Hemerline’s package included a .023 reaction time paired with a 5.861-second run at 115.86 mph. Schneider was .052 at the start before running a 4.922 at 135.38 mph.
