Brodix Aluminum Blocks and Cylinder Heads
BRODIX requires proof of purchase, serial number, and advertising release for contingency payment. Racer must have standard size (or larger), un-altered decals, visible on both sides of car, as well as BRODIX products for entire event.
Goodyear/Drive Tires
Minimum 15” decal, visible, on both sides of car, preferably above drive tires. Goodyear now requires W9’s for everyone that they pay contingency to. You can get this information at www.racegoodyear.com
HOLLEY Carburetor
Contingency paid on any Holley brand carburetor purchased within five years of event claimed. Ultra HP Decals must be on both sides of car. Proof of purchase within 5 years of event claimed is required. All claims and proofs of purchase must be sent to Holley Performance Products, Attn: Contingency Department, 1801 Russellville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101 or emailed to contingency@holley.com by 12/31/2012.
HOLLEY EFI
Contingency paid on Avenger EFI, HP EFI, or Dominator EFI ONLY. EFI Decals must be on both sides of car. Proof of purchase is required. All claims and proofs of purchase must be sent to Holley Performance Products, Attn: Contingency Department, 1801 Russellville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101 or emailed to contingency@holley.com by 12/31/2012.
Hoosier/ Drive Tires
Product and un-altered decals, visible on both sides of car, preferably above drive tires.

Manley Performance Products
Steel Connecting Rods - proof of purchase must be dated within 3 years of purchase date.
Valve Springs - proof of purchase dated within 2 years of purchase date.

MSD Power Grid
For the 2012 racing season, all racers must use our NEW logos and decals in order to claim contingency. You can request the new decals simply by sending an email to eryden@msdperformance.com. MSD MUST have a completed W9 form on file before any contingency check can be sent. To get a W9 form, simply click http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf, fill it out and send the form to Elizabeth Ryden at eryden@msdperformance.com.
